- Silence your phone.
- Quieten you mind.
- Look around - take notice of your natural surroundings (anything you need to take care near?).
- Breathe three times - try inhaling through your nose and then exhaling more slowly.
- Stay in the space - whenever your mind or focus goes elsewhere bring it back.
